Bill Bowdle, LEED AP, provides project management services for all of Cisterra's projects and is recognized for his pre-construction service abilities and his high level of technical expertise in entitlement processes. He most recently completed the project management for the DiamondView Tower and the Gateway at Torrey Hills campuses.
During his 25-year career, Bowdle has managed over 3 million square feet in development and construction work. He brings a high level of technical expertise to his position and utilizes leading-edge computer technology to maximize resources for the efficient utilization of project control procedures.
Prior to joining Cisterra, Bowdle served as senior project manager for B&G Consultants in San Diego where he managed the design and construction of numerous public projects which include the Carlsbad City Library and several airport improvements for the Lindbergh Field International Airport. Before joining B&G Consultants, Bowdle worked as a construction manager for Snyder Langston Builders. Some of his major projects include construction and pre-construction services for private and public clients including the University of California, San Diego, and the San Diego Port Authority.
Bowdle graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering and is an active Associate member of the American Institute of Architects as well as a LEED Accredited Professional for New Construction.
