Steve Stock, AIA, oversees all commercial development management for Cisterra. Stock’s 25-year career includes over 8 million square feet and his expertise includes managing large multifaceted commercial projects ranging in size to over 1 million square feet.

Prior to Cisterra, Stock was Vice President of Commercial Development with Collins Development Company in San Diego where he was responsible for office and resort development. He previously was Vice President of Commercial Development for Kilroy Realty Corporation where he developed office projects in San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County. Other affiliations include BetaWest Properties and the Vantage Companies, where he managed projects in Denver, Albuquerque, Washington, D.C., Kansas City and San Diego.

Stock’s career began with the internationally-recognized architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Master of Business Administration with Honors, Master of Architecture with Honors and a Bachelor of Architectural Studies.
