• Biogen-IDEC: An example of Cisterra’s innovative, solution-driven approach is its development of the award-winning 767,000-square-foot headquarters and research facility for Biogen-IDEC in San Diego.more→

• DiamondView Tower: Cisterra developed this spectacular, 325,000-square-foot Class A high rise in Downtown San Diego next to PETCO Park home of the Padres. Completed in March of 2007, the tower is a home run financially and has received numerous honors. more→

• Gateway at Torrey Hills: This 200,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Torrey Hills/Del Mar was completed in December 2007 with substantial pre-leasing at the highest lease rates ever achieved in San Diego. more→

• The Point in Rancho Bernardo: Cisterra acquired these two 4-story Class A office buildings totaling 185,000 square feet in 2007.
